*Decorating for the holidays helps everyone feel festive. An invitation to be a part of decorating your home or helping your loved one to add a holiday feel to their living space can be just the thing to chase away the holiday blues. Helping to trim a Christmas tree or construct a family Menorah is a wonderful way to revive traditions. 

*Wrapping presents, including colorful paper, bows, and a ribbon, is a wonderful afternoon activity to share. It is also a great time to ask questions about holidays of the past and engage in a meaningful walk down memory lane. 

*Recreate a holiday favorite in the kitchen. Sharing family recipes and baking together helps to pass down the tradition to younger generations. This is a delicious way to spend quality holiday time together. 

*Keep the tradition of writing holiday cards in full swing. Gather boxes of cards and an ample supply of stamps and share the love of the holiday season with your loved one or client. If you’re tech-savvy, create some holiday video messages to share with family and friends. 

*Watch some holiday movies together. Include the whole family and make it a double feature! Whether you enjoy classics like “It’s a Wonderful Life” or prefer the slapstick fun of “Home Alone,” there is a holiday film for every taste.
